Hi! I'm Christina Aceto.

I’m a former three-sport athlete, two-sport collegiate athlete and captain at Bowdoin College, coach, business owner, and longtime leader with experience across athletics, business, and fitness.

Throughout my career, I’ve coached and developed athletes, built and led teams, facilitated leadership and development experiences, and worked alongside people at every stage — from high school and collegiate athletes to business owners, high achievers, and senior executives.

Today, I bring those experiences together through my work in leadership and performance, helping people navigate the challenges, opportunities, and transitions that come with expecting a lot from themselves.

My Philosophy

I care tremendously about people and thrive on connection.

I want the people I work with to feel seen, supported, and empowered in the ways they need — and to recognize just how capable they already are.

I'm also incredibly competitive, and I understand the plight of the overachiever: never quite feeling like you're doing enough, comparing where you are to where you think you should be, and constantly chasing whatever comes next.

I don't believe the answer is wanting less or expecting less of ourselves. We should expect a lot from ourselves. But I believe we can find a better way to get where we're going — one that allows us to navigate the hard parts, enjoy the milestones along the way, and actually experience the life we're working so hard to build.

That's what I bring to my coaching. This work isn't just about feeling better in the moment. It's about developing tangible tools, building more productive patterns, and strengthening the mental resilience to navigate adversity long after our work together ends.

I want the people I work with to understand what they want, recognize what they're capable of, and have the tools and confidence to keep moving toward it.

Let's Talk.

If this sounds like the kind of support you're looking for, I'd love to hear what you're working toward.
