WHY ACETO
The pressure to perform causes too many people to lose themselves in the pursuit of success.
They start believing they need to become someone they’re not — harder, louder, less empathetic, or more like the leaders they’ve seen modeled before.
At aceto, we believe leadership starts with knowing who you are.
It requires self-awareness, discipline, and a commitment to your role — while making the people around you better.
You can be disciplined.
You can be competitive.
You can pursue excellence relentlessly.
And you can do it without sacrificing who you are.
Because leadership is about more than results. It's reflected in how you show up under pressure, how you elevate others, and the impact you leave behind.
That’s what we build at aceto.

ACETO MANIFESTO
the
aceto was built on the belief that leadership is not a role — it’s a responsibility.
How you show up matters. How you treat people matters.
Performance without humanity may produce results, but it doesn’t build trust, strengthen relationships, or create lasting impact.
This work is grounded in five principles:
Identity. Connection. Discipline. Performance. Impact.
Because who you are influences how you connect, how consistently you show up, how you perform under pressure — and ultimately, the impact you leave behind.
SERVICES
aceto works with individuals, teams, and organizations to strengthen leadership, deepen connection, and improve performance in ways that create lasting impact.
ABOUT
Hi! I’m Christina Aceto — founder of aceto. I grew up a three-sport athlete and went on to compete as a two-sport collegiate athlete at Bowdoin College. Today, I work as a coach, fitness trainer, and yoga instructor, with a background in building and running my own business. Across all of it, one thing became clear: performance isn’t just physical — it’s mental, behavioral, and built in real moments. Much of that perspective came from my father, a longtime coach and true leader. He taught me that preparation matters, but so does how you respond when things don’t go as planned. One lesson he repeated often: “do not compound a mistake with another mistake.” Because no matter how prepared you are, mistakes are part of competition. What separates people is how quickly they reset and move forward. Aceto was built to develop that standard in others. This work goes beyond improving performance. It’s about developing people who think clearly, respond intentionally, and execute when it counts. Because leadership isn’t a title — it’s how you carry yourself, communicate, and contribute to the environments you’re part of. Whether it’s in competition, on the sidelines, in a high-stakes meeting, or navigating the transition beyond sport, I care about how you perform in real situations. And this work is built to achieve those results. As a competitor, I understand that outcomes matter — I won’t pretend they don’t. But how you get there, how you treat people, the standard you hold, and the way you lead along the way — matters just as much. I develop people who understand that their presence carries weight, their behavior creates impact, and the way they lead leaves a mark. If you’re ready to learn more, let’s connect.
